Motorisation and automation of rolling shutters across 6 Bhatbhateni branches with remote and timer control.
The Challenge
Manual shutter operation was slow, inconsistent, and causing staff injuries. The client wanted all shutters timer-controlled.
Our Solution
Fitted 250W tubular motors to all 18 shutter doors across 6 branches. Programmed with daily timers and RF remote overrides.
The Result
Opening and closing time reduced from 15 minutes per branch to under 2 minutes. Zero injuries since installation.
